Are any parents of skaters 'adult skaters' themselves?

I am curious if there are parents of skaters who also decided to learn to skate and go the Adult competitive route? I think that could be a fun thing to do with your kid. Learning singles, doubles, spins at the same time, etc. Are any parents of competitive skaters also competing in adult competitions?
