Ok everyone!!..I have another question to ask that I was wondering about when it comes to gliding. My question to you all is... Is there supposed to be a delayed stop in between elements on the Ice? For ex...between marching and spreading my legs apart in a 2-Foot Glide. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I’m not quite sure what you are asking, but, I would think:

March march march, feet together, glide. So there is a slight delay while you gather yourself for the glide.

Does that help?

It depends on what elements you are doing. If you were stroking to build up speed for a jump, and then doing the jump, you wouldn't stop in between those elements. But if you were marching and then gliding, you might slow down a bit at the end of the marching to get your feet in the right position for the glide.
