The fact that Oxana NEVER straightens her position on the landings bothers me a lot

VouBou - 3tw - huge; SBS 3t - really nice; SBS 2a+2a - not too shabby; first lift - she doesn't have the prettiest air position IMO - needs more stretch; FIDS - really nice; throw 3s - hand down I think; second lift - better; throw 3lo - good; last lift - okay - camerawork was terrible; choreo seq - acceptable; combo spin - meh.

Honestly, they could have been skating to anything. They need more conviction to really sell this program.

Their throws are big enough I could see them going for quads if they want to.

I feel the same about her positions on the lifts - she just doesn't fully stretch herself out and amplify to the crowd, IMO.

I find them to be pretty unique for the Matrix actually. Stones only one side and in more of a diamond/oval shape in the back.

Hello from the arena! The Swiss have a pretty impressive ice coverage live. They have a very fresh and modern vibe..usually not my kind of skaters but I'm still drawn to them and I don't know why!

It is easy music to get into. It helps that the cover they're using for Come Together is a pretty well known one.

Les Kovs - 3tw - meh; SBS 3s - hand down/two-footed & probably <; SBS 3t+2t - she doubled the first jump; first lift - fine; BODS - she could barely get herself down - under review; combo spin - alright; throw 3f - reallllly low landing but stayed on one foot; second lift - alright; choreo seq - the audience likes the music, it's fine for the most part; throw 3s - done; last lift - eh.

This should drop them like a rock behind pretty much everyone but CalMag, IMO. They don't deserve a PCS bump to keep them ahead of IzzoMai, ValBid or HoliDar.

I can understand why les Kovs want to continue: after all they love each other a lot, and they only meet at competitions.

Hmph - that shouldn't have beat HoliDar by 1 point. She looks exhausted. I cannot imagine them making it through another Olympic quad.

Camille looks exhausted and like she's hurting ... definitely not feeling well. Pavel is obviously concerned about her. He's massaging her shoulder .... that was her injury, right? Good for them for getting through this competition. I think it took everything Camille had to give. Maybe now they can take a nice vacation somewhere and enjoy some sun and relaxation together.

It was behind them by 1 point in the FS. They are only in 4th due to their SP cushion.

He is turning 34 next month and she is 31. I can't see them lasting another whole quad at this point given their injury history.

This music is pretty snoozy and they don't seem particularly connected to it, but they are both graceful and achieve some nice positions. (Her especially, but he's not bad either.)
