I don't think it's any big deal that Brennan announced the team. All the skaters know. The people putting on the Gala know. If people don't want to watch the gala or deal with this long, drawn out announcement process, why should they have to?

Also, didn't Chock&Bates have a different exhibition early in the season?

Some of you know this but I’ve gotten to know their parents in the last few years. The moms are like my extra mom figures after my mom died. They’re why we’re going to Milan, they talked me into it in Wichita over dinner. “Sweetie, you need to go!!!” Soooo we are!
