Lift - solid again; throw 3s - sooooo slow going into it that you just knew it would be a mess 7 she fell; SBS spins - meh & slow; step seq - picks up some more speed here; BODS - decent.

They're not making the strongest case for one of the 2 Jr Worlds spots.

I like that they're giving them the new ISU Championship/GPF/GP introduction experience - really makes it more special to the skaters to make it to Nationals who might never get to that level internationally.
