I'm impressed with how well Loena is keeping it together, even with mistakes. I was out with Jorik a few nights ago and he was talking about her not starting to even jump until a week prior so they were going in with very little expectations and a lot of hopes. You'd never know.
I also like this free skate so much more than what she's had the last few seasons. It's captivating in a way.

Loena is frustrating in that she was never able to combine technical quality with acceptably not awful choreogrpahy. I reckon now we're at the "programs stage".

I will say this for her: even with the mistake, she's still a beautiful skater. The program didn't fall apart even with the mistake.
Amber missed her calling in pep squad. She and Danny could make a lot of money by hiring themselves out to hype people up. Need a pick me up after a hard day at work and still have to cook dinner? Call Amber and Danny! Sure you're going to fail that geometry test? Amber and Danny got you! Need some bon courage to wear that all-illusion pantsuit? Damber has your back!

Not Loena's usual level of performance, but given the wailing music I don't blame her. Popped jump is going to cost her.

Leona - well skated but it just felt one level throughout. And lacked the attention to detail of the Ninas. Someone give her the Frieda soundtrack.
