While I don't think all the skaters loved their Olympic experience, it's obvious they all mostly loved and supported each other.Love, how they just are enjoying themselves!

Then watch for the future voidy OESs!Nope. Too much what-ifs and heartbreaks at Jr Worlds, especially American freaking pairs.
I'd like to see Ilia drop the quadgod moniker and focus on other parts of his skater so in 2030 he will be known as a great skater and not just his quads. Leave that younger more immature Ilia in the past.Ilia proving artistry in choreo and interpretation.

LOL, I thought I'd check it out because I haven't watched one in a long while. Can't believe C&B are still doing that program? On the other hand, great to see the Cellblock Tango with Olympians, and the Panda. No, I am not consistent.Tuned in just in time to see the gold medalists and remembered why I don't enjoy galas.![]()

To be honest, the gold medalists were among the least interesting parts of this exhibition. Some of the other numbers were great!Tuned in just in time to see the gold medalists and remembered why I don't enjoy galas.![]()
My theory is that for group numbers pick music all the skaters know - quicker to choreo. Same the the US number.I kind of feel like Italy, of all places, should be aware that there's more than one operatic aria available for use.Nonetheless, it's a lovely program.
I like the Sheet and I like the PandaSomebody hit me up in about an hour when ChoBat are done with this program. I swear this program seems like its an hour long.![]()
I bet she didn't guess "her husband will make a music video of her giving birth"......
I come by my backstories honestly. Her best though was Anissina and Peizerat. Like, there were real estate agents and all sorts of things involved.
I wasn’t sure due to it being the Olympics and the music rights issues, which is why I watched live. I usually watch the replay and FF through most of it.Anyone know if Peacock will be posting a replay? I'm only seeing highlights so far.
The replay is showing up for me in PeacockAnyone know if Peacock will be posting a replay? I'm only seeing highlights so far.

From page 2 of this thread:Can someone explain how skaters were selected to perform? More specifically....the Russian? She finished 6th. And there were others who finished higher who didn't perform. You'd think this would be a black and white thing... Top 5 finishers in each discipline perform, and throw in a couple of Italians (if they didn't place).... but this makes no sense to me.
I don't know why she was chosen but I thought that of her three skates, this was by far the most I enjoyed Petrosian. She seemed happier, like someone who enjoyed skating as opposed to someone being forced to skate. She is a kid, a chess piece really, in the hands of adults who probably don't care about her long-term well-being. I hope she enjoyed at least some parts of the Olympic experience and won't be treated poorly in Russia or online. Can someone explain how skaters were selected to perform? I don’t disagree with you regarding her performance . I just don’t understand how a 6th place skater skated when people who finished in 5th did not - such as Stephen Gogolev. Adam finished in 7th and was asked to perform. And why weren’t Z/K there when the Lithuanians performed? Just doesn’t make any sense.I don't know why she was chosen but I thought that of her three skates, this was by far the most I enjoyed Petrosian. Thanks for sharing that. Doesn’t make any sense to me at all. From page 2 of this thread:

Awesome! I always feel sorry for athletes who go home as soon as their event is over.ZingKol are still in Italy, as are the rest of the US team
