Louise has been a revelation for me these Olympics. I have no memory of her skating but she is a really sharp commentator and makes the technical details very accessible.

Good recovery from a slightly disappointing rhythm dance. Today their power, and speed were better controlled, and Katerina was able to fully display the long skirt particularly every time she did a twizzle, or quick turn.

I just saw her holding the skirt like Madi does and I don't remember her doing that before. (She probably did; I just didn't notice.)

I can somehow never warm to the Mrazeks and I think it is her use of the mouth. SHe constantly opens and closes the mouth for "facial expression" and it reminds me of chewing while doing an O-Face.

She skated at quite a packed time in British Ice Dance - around that time we had the Kerrs, Coomes/Buckland, Towler-Green/Poole, Chitwood/Hanretty, James/Burns (Vanessa James's twin sister Melyssa) as well as Walden/Edwards. They did make it to Worlds & Euros once which was great for them She's such a nice person as well.
