Figured it could be worthwhile to highlight the official Olympic alternates. Also think it would be nice to see the top scoring senior-aged skaters this season in each discipline that has not qualified 3 spots per country already. Calling them officialish alternates since another skater from their country could technically get the spot...

MEN OFFICIALISH ALTERNATES
Davide Lewton Brain 216
Francois Pitot 214 (or other FRA)
Georgii Reshtenko 213

OTHER TOP SCORERS (NOT SUPER LIKELY TO MAKE OLYS)
Aleksandr Selevko 235 (if M Selevko makes team)
Stephen Gogolev 231
Luc Economides 229
Jaekeun Lee 226

WOMEN OFFICIALISH ALTERNATES
Stefania Yakovleva 177
Mia Risa Gomez 161
Kristina Lisovskaja 158 (or other EST)

OTHER TOP SCORERS
Haein Lee 183 (assuming a team of CYKim and SYKim currently)
Jia Shin 179
Olivia Lisko 173 (if Karhunen gets the spot)
Ahsun Yun 173

PAIRS OFFICIALISH ALTERNATES
Kovalev/Kovalev 171
Holichenko/Darenskyi 169
Shin/Nagy 158 (or other USA)

OTHER TOP SCORERS
Efimova/Mitrofanov 193
McBeath/Parkman 187
Chan/Howe 183
Liu/Bedard 168

DANCE OFFICIALISH ALTERNATES
Reitan/Majorov 168
Ignateva/Szemko 167
Yoshida/Morita 167

OTHER TOP SCORERS
Lagouge/Caffa 170
Manni/Rothlisberger 166
Paolino/Tuba 158
Soucisse/Firus 158

I just learned that Reitan doesn't have Swedish citizenship yet, as I'm sure is the case for many other Olympic hopefuls. Hoping that she gets it. She's a lovey dancer.

Parkman does not have U.S. citizenship and will not be eligible for it for several years.

I don't think that Efimova will have citizenship in time for the Olympics either unless she has a sekret American husband.

FYI - I edited my post over in GSD to reflect the correct alternates. I missed it when I was reading through the Qualification System document last night/this morning but here's the verbiage:

F. Reallocation of Unused Quota Places

Qualification places obtained and not used for the individual events (not the Team Event) by the NOCs, will be filled by stand-by NOCs based on the final result of the designated ISU Figure Skating Qualifying Competition (TBA) for those NOCs not qualified and not yet represented.

In the case that a Qualified NOC cannot send its Team to the OWG Milano 2026 for whatever reason, the ISU will invite the NOC whose Team is ranked next in the Figure Skating Team Event qualification list, if possible.

So, the official alternates are:

Men - MON, CZE, GER
Women - CYP, NOR, SWE
Pairs - FRA, UKR, CZE
Dance - SWE, HUN, JPN

Considering its likely the Kovs will get in when UZB withdraws, it's a pity the Ukrainians have missed Olympics in both the Worlds and Beijing by one spot.
