Posted today in the "Minimum Total Element Scores (TES) for 2024 ISU Championships" that's pinned at the top of GSD: https://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/th...r-2024-isu-championships.110781/#post-6470242

Latvia will be able to field a second man at Euros. Fedir Kulish achieved the TES minimums at Jelgava Cup this weekend.
At the same competition, Meda Variakojyte (Lithuania) achieved the FS minimum for Worlds (she already had the SP one from last season).
