HaseVol - let's see if he has the stamina to get through the FS after his cold. Well, they made it through the SBS jumps... ooooo... bad step out and hand down on the throw 3lo. No lift issues for him. Program is boring as heck, but they're gonna win here.

I hate this music, it doesn't even start going anywhere til the midway point. They held on to the gold, what a debut season for them! His hand maybe alllllllmost slipped a little in the last lift but you can tell than he's not Nolan because he didn't drop her twice.

Volodin has lucked out. He had success in juniors, but then languished as a mid-range Russian senior with several random partners. Russia released him and bam - GPF!

for Conti and Macii! Too bad the short program mistake cost them the gold overall.

I love Deanna Stellato, but I still see too many quality issues for me to be OK with them being World Champions. I'm rooting for them to get a bronze, but only a bronze. This result is perfect for me.

Minerva too, though. Not easy finding a tall, strong, elegant and age-fitting partner for a tall pair girl. Plus his broody handsomeness .
