That was the skate of the season for this team. Issues with illness, and he got his hand cut on her skate blade before one of the Junior Grand Prix events, withdrawing from last year's World Junior Championships with illness it's nice to see them here skating so well. :love:

66.49 = 2nd Place

How long do we have to wait for GP assignments?

If GrimSav are screwed by the panel calling the twizzle entrance a lift, I'm going to be pissed.

They definitely have the potential and the skills, but I didn’t like the program and would have had the Isr team in 1st today

Nice use of music to match the 'standing' lyrics with her standing on him while he's in the spread eagle. This program has come a long way since the Junior Grand Prix, and they skated full out. Watch for Elena Dostatni also doing the mid-line steps with them top right frame.

72.48 = 1st Place

Ted has got to learn to say something about the x's in the tracker in real time, even if it's just "This was probably entered wrong because (whatever)," or "They lost this element because (whatever)." Or something. We can see the issue, so the commentator needs to address it.

🇫🇷 Fradji/Fourneaux - this is a “two random songs” program, neither the best nor the worst of its breed, but the French teams can do better than this in terms of distinctiveness.

🇺🇸 Pedersen/Chen - we’ll see if they can avoid the random falls this time. … Nope, worst one yet. Katarina’s parting hex must have been strong indeed.

🇺🇦 Pinchuk/Pogorielov - fun program, but sloppy at points.

🇮🇱 Tkachenko/Kiliakov - loudest costumes of the event, but the performance doesn’t live up to that. Good tech, though.

🇩🇪 Grimm/Savitskiy - tech panel nonsense right out of the gate. I didn’t care for this program when I first saw it, but it’s grown on me. Darya clearly unimpressed with their score.

🇺🇸 Neset/Markelov - these two don’t leave a big impression on me, but that was well done and they’re clearly dominating this season.
