It certainly looks like scapegoating staff. I think that if you look back over the past few years, there has been a steady decline. Loss of visibility. No new sponsors. Lack of talent development. Not that it was perfect before but there seemed to be energy in those years from around 2008 to a bit after Vancouver that has totally disappeared. Strikes me that it is the President and CEO who are responsible, not the staff who were released.

I think that SC was in a good position when Bethany Tory was in charge...her sudden passing truly put SC back years and suddenly with shoes they couldn't fill.
