I really hadn't noticed those sounds until multiple people started mentioning it during the men's short. Once I started listening for that sound, I could hear it, but it wasn't overwhelming.

I wonder if the level of the 'noise' is impacted by the type of TV / sound system being used? We are streaming using an LG smart TV and a Bose soundbar. I have no idea what the settings are on the soundbar -- I defer all sound settings to my husband because he has hearing issues.
