I was at work where we were allowed to listen to our radios as long as we used earpieces. One if my coworkers suddenly said, "the space shuttle blew up!". She sounded incredulous. We had a t.v., in our office & all of us gathered around & watched, in disbelief, the sad, unfolding story.

The character of Jack Deveraux on Days of Our Lives was a rapist, too, but became a "good" character.

My friend, Pat, had a huge crush on Geary & had lunch with him several times. She once asked me to go with her to a luncheon with him but I was never a fan of his so I declined. "Laura" (can't think of her name-Genie Francis?) Is on a soap these days, General Hospital? I only keep up with Y & R.

That has nothing to do with looking the other way regarding Andrew' character & behavior.

Or maybe Elizabeth felt, like so many other rich & powerful families feel, that her family was above the law & anything distasteful could be suppressed with that money & power or, In her case, by their status.

If the Dems can get the Epstein files released in the U.S., & they can bring charges against Andrew regarding this matter, it will be interesting to see if the U.S., would try to extridite him for trial. Perhaps, if this situation arose, Andrew would try to strike a deal to avoid extradition...

A coyote scampered across the road in front of us the other day. Our resident skunk perfumed his way through our neighborhood the other night & a bobcat was spotted in the park near our neighborhood. The bobcat sighting makes me a bit uneasy.

I loved this role of his so much that I had hoped they would make a follow up film about this romance. Stamp was a brilliant actor.
