Ugh I don't wanna be insensitive, but why did USFS campaign so hard for Max to have a spot and then have it all turn out like this? No hate to Max at all, I just can't get over only 2 of the USA men's spots being used at SkAm.
Edit: In hindsight it sounds like I'm attributing this all to Max...
I know you brought up Nina Pinzarrone as an example in response to my prediction earlier. I'm realizing now she placed 11th at 2023 Worlds and was going to get 2 GPs initially regardless of SB or WS.
For these points, I made notes where a skater who is guaranteed 1 spot and will get 2 (and likewise for 1 --> 1). They're in parentheses next to the skater.
For this point, I don't know how reliable it is to go by where the allocation stops in the previous year because of the age limit rule...
Now that the women's event at Worlds 2025 is over, here are some projected GP assignments. Despite WTT not happening yet, I don't believe any new SBs earned there would affect allocation substantively.

Kagiyama - JPN
Siao Him Fa - FRA
Uno - JPN

Britschgi - SUI
Vasiljevs - LAT
Miura - JPN
Memola - ITA

I agree as well. For the USA TBD, they might just give Bradie a 2nd one, or they have a pool of Elyce/Starr/Clare/Sarah to choose from. For the 2 CAN TBD spots, it'll be some combination of Ruiter/Miclette/Dupuis likely. Finland and China are in similar situations where they don't have skaters...
WOMEN
This prediction hinges on the assumption that
those who have been banned from competing will still be banned in 2024-25 and
that no one is unexpectedly sitting out/retiring and
ISU uses the same rules they’ve historically used for GP spot allocation.

If she is Korean, that is probably just her Korean name in Hanja, which is a writing system in Korea that utilizes the same characters as Chinese. Korean names can be represented with Hanja, and those who have these names might not necessarily have connections to China.
Are they actually going to try to have Champs Camp at Raf's rink? That would be really exciting! I haven't seen any sort of announcement related to this yet...
