It's just weird, b/c i am sure i was at pretty much all the ice dances ones last year from Wednesday on...were there 20 min ones last year for sure? But yeah, exactly i have never experience the 20 min one at the GP or Worlds i have attended

This is only my second US nationals but when I attended last year I don't even remember sessions without music being played. I attended more than one session.

Not really understanding why they have so few 40 minute practice sessions per group. Space?The sessions with he program music where you can see a snippet of the program run-through are so much better.

I didn't think it was too bad really. Nothing as bad as Canadian Nationals last year or some challenger events

I called USFS and the official answer is no, for the reason given earlier in the thread, ie no seating. Disappointing after being able to see practices last year, but maybe that was an exception?

So practice rink is closed off for general public right?

It's her personal decision, and one i am not sure she didn't take lightly judging from this video. For her sake, I would hope she is safe while she is there...

I have no idea if they would pass the criteria. Regardless, I would imagine Ukrainian skaters wouldn't want to see anyone Russian period whether they are anti-war or not.

Yeah that's the problem, they don't. So if they don't go clean, M/G would of course be beating them. If they do go clean M/G might still be beating them due to monstrous GOE.

Why? Cizeron/Lambiel were great. I love Gabriella but 'm not sure Papadakis/Hubbell can live up to them tbh.

I haven't watched them in a while. Well i just watched their MJ free skater, and they are as boring as ever and have as bad packaging as ever that feels 30 to 40 years old. Great tech skills as always, but a clean Miura/Kihara should be beating them on the PCS mark handily.
