Yes! I tried my university database but no luck for figure skate. I’m thinking about TV ratings as well but the same problem with countries with small fed - they usually don’t even air the competition. But tes, I think number of fans online(followers) is the only way to give me an idea for now

Unfortunately, TV Tokyo will not broadcast it live and not sure if you can find free streaming when they broadcast it. I think you will be able to find it easily if you wait for a few hours or a day after the broadcast.

When I heard men skater in Japan, it seems like they found Uniqlo's socks are comfortable to skate. link I'm not sure if your country have it but hopefully they do!
