I believe all USFS cares about is winning medals. They do not show concern for skaters that might be hitting a rough patch. There's always someone else in the wings. These skaters are expendable to them. It's a shame.
While Bradie's jumps seem reliable, they are very low and not pretty. As tall as she is, I would think she'd have higher, bigger jumps. Just not exciting to watch.
Let this be a lesson, warning, for other parents, coaches, "teams", etc. not to promote the heck out of, and over-hype a junior-level skater and put them in that position.

& this is one of the worst aspects of the "new" judging system. The short program just does not matter and is really unnecessary. What is the point of a short program now?
Short program used to be do or die under 6.0.
