NHK is going to be telling for Alysa. If she's still underrotating her 3t and 3s in her fs, I think she should try the 3lz/2a/2a sequence in practice for Nationals. This will allow her to avoid triple/triples in the fs, while maintaining base value. The layout may not be as impressive, but...
Alysa still has almost three months to fully get back her endurance. I think she's the favorite for the third spot, even though I don't think MacArthur Park is a good vehicle for her style.
This can definitely be the year of Amber. Her 3A is so reliable and she is finally getting rewarded with high PCS. Also, I don't have to squint my eyes to avoid seeing carrots on her protocols!

Now Milton is heading towards West Coast of Florida, with center of cone directed at Sarasota. At this point, my area, Polk County, is in the cross-hairs as it passes through the Sunshine State.😟
Just heard from my lifelong friends who live in Weaverville. No power, water or gas, but they are okay. One of them might try to jog four miles to Publix, which just reopened for cash customers.
My primary residence is in Polk County, 65 miles from coast, and in a no-flood zone. I have never filed a claim. Despite this, my homeowners insurance has gone up 250% in last three years.
