  • Hi, Avid Lurker. I hope you're continuing to feel better. Do you want to check in with each other occasionally to see how the transformation efforts are going? You've inspired me and I hope I can do the same for you. It helps to feel that there's a team around us, cheering, sympathizing, and giving wise advice. I'm pleased with my progress but really need to add regular aerobic exercise, as you've done. My doctor said walking is the best and I've always enjoyed it. Are you starting to dress a little differently? I am, just a little, trying to dress up a bit, be girly. Wearing a skirt today for the first time in a year or so. With my weight loss so far I can already fit into clothes that were out of the question only two months ago. I'm feeling really happy as a matter of fact. Are you?
