Kihara has been to so many Olympics, 3 different partners. What a journey.

I figure I've gone this long without seeing it, I don't need to.That’s my thought on Moulin Rouge
I thought she two-footed the landing in real-time and was shocked that it wasn't marked for review. That's some really questionable calling by the tech panel.
NBC has been on the pairs FS for at least 20 minutes.Time to switch from USA Network to NBC if you are in the!

They need to score at least 151.24 and their SB is 149.57 so I think they can do it. But they can't make any mistakes.Holy score. Hase and Volodin will need a personal best by quite a bit to beat that, even with their short program lead.

They are likely going to win the whole thing. A medal is a dead certainty. That was heartbreakingly wonderful. Please let them medal.

Their PB is 149.57 from the GPF. They need 151.24 to win. If they go clean they should win. But they were robbed in favor of M/K at worlds last year so I won't be surprised if history repeats itself.Holy score. That's because they are very...forgettable.I always always ALWAYS forget about the Hungarians. I couldn't for the life of me remember who the fourth pair in the final group is. I had to go look it up after envisioning a map of Europe in my head and still not landing on them.

Yup - they had a PB in the SP, so the judges are clearly willing to give them all the points if they skate clean.Tru, but it's the Olympics, so if you skate great, points like fall out of the sky.
It was on TCM the other night. Took a look at it and was reminded why I've never watched it again after the first time. That’s my thought on Moulin Rouge
It does have some good moments, thought. Believe it or not, the staging of "ROOOOOOOXANNE" is actually very well done.I always always ALWAYS forget about the Hungarians. No idea where the medals are going to land. Five teams in contention for three medals. Who wins and who loses?I love it too! I'm a sucker for Gladiator music in all the forms.I actually love that program for them. But I do have an unhealthy fixation with the Gladiator soundtrack
SKATE. OF. THE. NIGHT. And the skate of their lives! No matter where they finish in this competition, they showed the world that THIS is what champions are made of.
The one positive is with Japan setting such a high standard, the judges will have a hard time PCSing Georgia and I don’t see the Rungarians or PerMic matching that score. It’s up to HasVol to skate well.
I'm not sure how I feel about the term "monobob". The portmanteau-ing of the English language has to stop. Singles bobsled is perfectly acceptable.
omg same, I was like why can't I get through this ever. 30 minutes later I was like how does anyone like this? it should be banned. It was on TCM the other night. For some reason when I read that my brain autocorrrected monobob to monoboob.I'm not sure how I feel about the term "monobob". The portmanteau-ing of the English language has to stop. Singles bobsled is perfectly acceptable.
