Just to be clear, the Freestyle Libre app doesn't take your blood sugar: the 15-day Freestyle Libre continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that you stick in your arm is what takes the readings and transmits them to the app.

And for blood pressure, get an Omron. They work with an app. We have the Omron Evolv. It’s very easy to use and connects automatically to your phone.
