Seems easy enough... but then again i have never had clotted cream, so no idea if i would actually like it, nor would i have any means to judge if it was good or not... but hey... if you are feeling adventurous... or board... or desperate.

@Twilight1 I saw it at Wholefoods last week. (It caught my attention because I wondered about the logistics involved in flying cream from the UK to Canada.) I don't usually shop there, but went in for one of their ready made meals and a carton of milk. I'm in Canada, but not Ontario.

I've seen it in Superstore which is owned by Loblaws. So it might be in other stores owned by the Loblaws chain. At Superstore there's usually one or two bottles in the section with ricotta and other kinds of specialty dairy products.

They have scones as well. Triangular shaped ones.

I bought tea biscuits from Zarky's for the royal wedding and they were delicious.
