I have no objection to it's being merged, if that's what TPTB want. I actually thought it was more about fitness than about him in particular. Whatevs. :shrug:

Gotta admit, I'm slightly bummed (bad pun intended) it wasn't a typo.
Oh well, it's NYT so I guess they try to have some standards or something. Maybe another outlet will give as that article instead? (Buzzfeed, I'm looking at you.)

Not surprisingly, the actual workout description/advice seems both pretty complicated and not something an average Joe/Jane should try at home. Like, ever. For example...
Twisting Pike: Adam hangs from the straps again and he holds a smaller, 35-millimeter Swiss therapy ball between his ankles. Next he lifts his legs to a pike position, so his legs are parallel to the floor. He twists to the right as far as he can, and then to the left. He twists right, left, right, left — it’s not easy.
Yeah, no kidding. :p

I mean... I have a hard time just trying to visualize this. Just... What? How? Huh? :confused:
And why aren't there more pics? :confused:
