Some updates:
On Monday starts the Open Championship of Moscow, most junior boys based out of Moscow will be there except for Rukhin, Savosin, and Danielian. Murashov was scheduled to be there and will no longer be as he will compete in Kaunas (JGP #3). Iakovlev will probably be removed for the same reason. Not sure if Kovalev will be there as it is a short turn around from Linz (JGP#2).

For the 1st Cup of Russia (Moscow entries only). Kovtun was scheduled to be there and has been removed (reason unknown).

**You can keep up with who has been removed from these 2 competitions by clicking on the "I" button.**

Anastasia Gubanova has been added to the Open Championship of Moscow. Tarakanova has been removed, read she needed a good performance here to keep her spot in Richmond. Kanysheva (JGP #2) and Sinitsina (JGP #3) will also not be here.

Starting orders: https://www.sportvokrug.ru/r/competition/4428/Стартовый протокол.pdf
Do you mean Takaranova is gonna be removed from JGP #4 too? :( She's been one of my fav Russian girls. Hopefully she'll be back on a upward wave at some point of the season.

This user has videos of the pairs:

I liked Labazina/Rakhmanin and wish they’d gotten a chance at the JGP. I certainly prefer watching them to Poluianova/Sopot for example.
I think Poluyanova/Sopot’s problem is that Poluyanova got too tall. 169 cm is far too tall for pairs. But it is a pity because she lands the jumps and throws, but her size makes it hardr for Sopot to get the levels. He used to do much better with smaller Borisova.

I would love Labazina/Rakhmanin to get JGP but I guess it depends if they give the spot to Kvartalova/Sviatchenko. Kvartalova seems to have grown quite a lot too, judging from photos, so they may look a bit like Poluyanova/Sopot (with the difference that at least Sopot is strong and can lift Poluyanova. Sviatchenko was already struggling with lifts last season and with even taller Kvartalova it won’t be easy for them.)

Clean quad of Petrov :respec:
Great program, love the intensity in the steps.
Shame about the 3-2 combo.

Oh dear. Spiridonov shouldn’t have dumped Atakhanova. It doesn’t seem he gained much. Kudriavtseva is struggling with side by side jumps and throws. She has also grown a bit and now she doesn’t look much smaller than Atakhanova was, and is even slightly fuller. I wonder how long he will keep Kudriavtseva. He has Pavlova’s mentality - girls are replaceable.
