That's three Axel Lasso Lifts in a row that have gone wrong, and this was definitely a scary moment, but she didn't hit her head thankfully.

I cant even imagine how hard it must be to soldier on to the end of a program with so many disastrous mistakes. I really feel for Brooke & Ben. That fall on the lift was truly scary.

Don't count on it. Did you notice the space between them on the K/C couch? And, as has been mentioned, Alexa set the precedent.
