Why is Jamie Sale so upset about Halloween?

Canada's most famous pair skater has been on a roll of pronouncing some strong opinions on Twitter. Now she has condemned Halloween. Is this because of her religious beliefs, or is she reading a lot of conspiracy theories?

She tweeted:

I will never again participate in Halloween and when you know what this day is about you won't either

She used hashtags "#satanicagenda" and "#crimes against children"... Oh my! Sale has her megaphone out, and she does not sound like much fun.

Is she in a particular group? The touch of mental illness seems to be characteristic of many of the people who get swept up in this political stuff.

I don't know if she considers herself as belonging to a certain group, but the stuff she talks about is very very Q-Anon.

What makes everyone qualified to say she has mental illness if they are not medical Doctors. Jamie is entitled to think/say anything she wants and if you are not a medical Doctor, to the casual observer it would seem delusional to make an unqualified diagnosis!

It is pure speculation and not something anyone but a doctor can diagnose, but after reading her other many, many, many Tweets that are made daily, she is clearly putting herself in the public square. So it's not like anyone's judging her private life-- only her public behavior. As far as mental illness, some of us have known people who became involved in putting out controversial and emotional opinions on social media who turned out to be mildly suffering from stress, depression, or other emotional disturbances. So it's anecdotal, but commonsense says if you post dozen or more strident posts per day all on politicians out to get you and beliefs slightly out of the mainstream you may not be well. She may just have these opinions. I accept that her posts may just be from her honest political and religious beliefs. But the question is worth asking why she is posting anti-Halloween stuff, etc.
