Russian programs criticized too much?

It was a big discussion of bad Russian programs are criticized more than bad non Russian programs. I believe these are the most criticized ever and if they truly have non Russian rivals in which the criticism was equal.

I absolutely love that FD by Mysliveckova and Novak. I've probably watched it more than 30 times and I would be totally happy if Papadakis and Cizeron skated to it next season.

(I could say the same about Khokhlova and Novitski's Night on Bald Mountain program.)

The Candyman, Ghost, and "aborigine" programs were all pretty awful in my opinion, but there have been programs by Chock and Bates, the Shibutanis, Denney and Coughlin, Mirai Nagasu, Bradie Tennell, Polina Edmunds, and numerous other American skaters that I thought were equally bad if not worse. (However, the "aborigine" program is the only one that I think is politically problematic.)

ETA: I can't believe I didn't mention Max Aaron! File him under "worse," especially Footloose.

No country has a monopoly on bad programs. There is plenty of shade to be shared.
