This was an AMAZING interview! I’m glad that she mentioned her boss & chief commentator for so many years, Johnny Esaw!!! Before Rod Black, there was Johnny…quipping delightfully about Tracy Wainman & so many other faves. His giggling was infectious. Debbi was a perfect counter as the inside expert. (I used to tape-trade with a Canadian fan…so many great Skate Canada, Nationals & Canada-perspective World competitions!)

I also love that during her broadcast days, she videotaped the judges caught cheating. Unbelievable instincts to get her camera crews on that!
