I think the ceremony is usually at the Canadian championships.

Congrats to all the inductees, but I'm especially happy for Jennifer. I always admired how hard she worked and how much she genuinely seemed to enjoy skating. She was a great representative for her country and sport for a number of years,

I have always been impressed with her conduct off the ice. I've met her a couple of times and once with a whole gaggle of young skaters and she seemed genuinely thrilled to interact with the kids and answer all their questions. She made them feel like she had all the time in the world for them even though she really didn't.

Top ten Jen! Yeah! What a fierce competitor she was. I remeber once Doug Leigh who told us that she was not the most talented girl out there, but that she truly maxed her own potential, she worked harder than any of the men at Mariposa. This is exactly what everybody should be aiming in life : to give the best of them and be happy with what you can achieve with that.

You know those older ladies who just seem to radiate grace? It seem like Robinson already had that quality in her 20's. Holy smokes...how incredible might she be when she IS one of those older ladies??

Good for Jennifer. She may never have won a medal but more importantly, she put Canadian women back on the map, paving the way for Rochette, Osmond, and all the others. She always showed class and determination.

Thanks for sharing this. I was never really of fan of Jennifer's skating, but I always admired her as a person.
