Live Stream
It's not easy to watch the Japanese Nationals outside of Japan. If you have a membership to FOD (Fuji's on-demand service), you can set up a VPN in Japan and watch the entire competition. However, to become a paid member of FOD, you may need a credit card issued in Japan (I'm not sure).

Jackie Wong will be in Japan to cover the Japanese Nationals, and I'm sure he'll post updates on X.

You can watch the live draws and press conferences, including the Olympic/World Championships Selection Press Conference, on Fuji's YouTube channel.

JSF's YouTube channel has been posting messages of participating skaters:

Kaori Sakamoto, who plans to retire after this season, posted her hand-written message at the Omotesando station (10 min form the competition rink):
"Rather than perfection, I aim for a performance I'd be satisfied with and proud about. Then I'm sure the results will follow. Well then, see you later as usual.”

Mai Mihara's practice clip:

ETA
Kao Miura says he will plan 4 quads in FS.
(I summarized the article in Japanese skaters' thread).

@YukiNieve Is the draw livestream still up to be watched? I went to the link you provided but didn't see it.

Medalist on Ice

After her exhibition performance of "Poison," Kaori grabbed Yuma's hand, and they performed the "Time to Say Goodbye" step sequence side by side.

(Replaced the link for those without access to X)

Yuma and Kaori both skated for Dreams on Ice show in late June and he watched the video of Kaori's performance for this program over and over.

Yuma: I loved the steps of (her program) so much that I ended up mastering them completely by summer.

When Kaori knew that, she decided she would skate this program with him one day.

Well...we might see KaoYuma ice dancers one day!? 😂
