I was just invited to a monthly international cooking club dinner. This month’s theme is Wales. The host sends a list of recipes and each of us choose one. Vegetable, meat and toffee recipes have already been chosen. I’m leaning toward bringing Pwdin Eva or Welsh Cakes (are they essentially scones?). Looking for opinions on what to bring…
