ending program -- touch the ice?

I'm choreographing a FS program for a student; haven't done one in a long time! With the ever shifting sands of rule changes -- I know it's now permitted to end a program on your knees -- but what if your hand touches the ice? At one point that would have been a deduction. I can't find anything about it in the rulebook (US). Does anyone know?

My friend has a knee slide that ends with her lowering herself with her hands touching the ice then laying on the ice.

Her FS program also includes a hand brushing the ice.
