No. The Korean news thread in GSD has more info (I posted about Minsol's situation there in October and there's a more recent update - post #942).
Lulu Lin and Aleksa Volkova did not compete at Challenge and it remains to be seen if either can/will be at Nationals (via "Extraordinary Circumstances and Medical Byes" section of the rulebook).
