I don't get why people are voting for Kevin - he almost never seems ready at the start of the season...
Aside from fall of 2021 when he was dealing with injuries and still tried to do the GP which ended disastrously in the SP at Skate America, when else? He won two GP medals plus the GPF bronze in 2019, and he even won a GP medal (1st in the SP) last season.
ETA- and in the fall of 2018, he first made big waves by skating very well at the Autumn Classic and beating Hanyu in PCS in the LP.
