I'm really enjoying these championships. There is a feeling of freshness and excitement to it. The tension of the Olympics is sometimes hard to watch. The ice dance meltdown was a real downer.

The lifts are good, he is much better than Berulava if slow. But the skating is so dire and basic, her jumps are awful.... I would much rather have Danilova/Tsiba

I'll say one thing. No matter how horrid the skating is and how tired the music is, and how bad the choreography is, it's still much better than the ballet Opera de Bastille. @TAHbKA

I loathe NDdP programs and this one didn't make me feel any differently about the music - totally overwrought and unnecessarily angsty. This program was as slow and plodding as the music.

Aww ... what a special moment for Anna and Martin. A lovely performance and such wonderful crowd response. And, she is literally shrieking with joy as she leaves the ice. I'm so happy for them.
