Sad but true..........I would use the adjective evil in terms of who would be responsible. I think the people leading us down this war path are evil, not the sharpest tools in the box, and extremely narcissistic, but unfortunately they are in positions of power.

I heard a couple of movie stars have cloned their dogs for a fee of 50K or so. Never heard re the above-referenced issue re mixed breeds, but good to point out especially if they exhibit aggressive behavior towards kids.
