Yes, that is the movie and yes there are gory scenes in it. I turned away a couple of times to avoid them and that worked for me. It is a good movie though; just turn when it gets too gory and it does get gory a few times.

Watched the movie "Get Help." It was quite good and I recommend it BUT it has a couple of overly gory scenes as a heads up (just turn away for a few sec and should be okay). Lots of twists and turns
