I think it was pretty classy of Adam and Ashley to point out that Eunsoo was a teenager and possibly doing teenager things and leave it at that.
I'd love to know the dirty details - and you know at least Adam knows them - but they didn't blame her.
@dancefan17 The Senior Bs have gotten a lot more important lately, especially in dance. When they were competing last very few top dance teams did Senior Bs.
Now the Senior B's still aren't quite as big of a deal in dance as in singles/pairs, but they're pretty much attended by everyone who...
The SP is a sequel, but I really don't see how Donna Summer and Lady Gaga are similar beyond the very superficial "They're pop"
I'd add this cut is interesting because Bloody Mary opens up the Mayhem concerts while Bad Romance closes it. I wonder if other clips will be mixed in the middle.
He's been struggling since he left Orser. While he has had injuries contribute, I do think his coaches in Korea have changed his technique for the worse.
The stuff about the BTS of the Brian/Yuna split was fascinating - a real "What were they thinking?" on both sides.
And while Yuna's mom came off much better than I though she would in that she seems kind to non-Yuna skaters, like how rich and/or fame-hungry was she? Like who pays to have their...
The bits of choreography here look awesome.
And while Ilia's artistry isn't exactly my preference, I do think this sort of program is perfect for the type of artistry he has. I'm excited to see it.
This is one of the issues in general with USFS asking for hosts - they put the bar very, very high.
I think they'd get a lot more bids if they didn't seem to think they were still in the '90s. If they were willing to accept smaller, older arenas, charge less money for tickets, and advertise...
The Chicago area has been a successful host in the past. Detroit has hosted. St. Louis could do well. Portland were good hosts and has a growing skating scene. California has hosted worlds and 4CC before in SoCal and Nationals in the Bay Area. Las Vegas was a great host, as was Allen. Salt Lake...
Maybe USFS should just host Skate America in places that are easy to get to?
There are plenty of places that could/would host and would draw a decent crowd. Lake Placid just seems annoying and expensive to attend.
Skaters are not required to participate in the Summer Sizzler if they choose not to. It's strictly optional for most - although I'd bet it's much less optional for the most popular and likely Olympians like Ilia, Alysa, Jason, Amber, Isabeau, and Chock/Bates than for someone much more off the...
@Wyliefan I realized that after I typed it. I could see Carriera/Ponomorenko doing something like that well so I think it clicked. I do hope that it does become Green/Parson's FS at least.
I'm really hoping that this means that excellent Sunset Boulevard program will be turned into their FS.
I'm also hoping their SD is in part a tribute to Denali's AMAZING 100% Pure Love lipsync. (Did she help with the choreo?)
I wonder if coaching is giving him a new perspective on skating.
To coach you need to go back to basics and break everything down step by step. That can help you cut out the problems in your own skating.
Anyone know what's going on with the ShibSibs? They weren't in any photos, videos, or doing any vlogging for it.
Since it's required for all US skaters with GP assignments does this mean they're skipping the GP? And wouldn't that nuke their Olympic hopes?
I'm a hater of their comeback, but...
