They were wonderful in the RD. I am sad they weren't top 10 but I know that Perfume FD will kill. I believe they will be in top 10 when it is over. I hope they will be fierce and the judging will be better.

This. As a ice dance fan for 46 years now, it has always been that for ice dance. It was mentioned that they are working with ice dancers for choreo, is it Scott and Madi? I can see the improvement a lot. They skate so much more like a pair team, Trennt looks so strong and Lia looks so confident and they relate so much to each other now.

I had to choose with my head and not my heart on this one. I think the Georgians have a very good chance of winning especially if the judges judge correctly with M/K (they are simply not as good as M/B). I think C/M have the home field advantage if they skate clean, which may or may not happen...

I know it's Olympic year but why the heck would Ilia not do Worlds? I can't believe anyone would suggest that. He is far from finished with his career and the only skaters that typically skip Worlds in an Olympic year are the ones fully retiring.

I think the RD is awesome...so much fun dancing there. I am perfectly happy with the changes. And so so happy they went back to Perfume. That FD is Olympic worthy. And so are they!
