I'm surprised KMT and MM chose not to go to worlds. Given that the Russian and Chinese teams are not competing, this would be one of their only chances for a world medal (although it's far from guaranteed) with Japan and at least one of the American teams and Georgia likely ahead of them.

I think they have a very good chance at the podium at Nationals. I don't see them beating KMT/MM or J/R but bronze is theirs to lose at this point.
