I agree. But, I do remember the Olympics where 50 couples did the Paso Doble. I watched it all and people around me recognized even then that my relationship to figure skating was not normal.

I agree with over-doing. He has great technical skills for someone his height and I appreciate he is developing the difficult 4`s. But I thought this season - "Wouldn`t it be better to go with a little less tech content and skate closer to clean?" All that banging on the ground can`t be good...

Not that into dance but Z/K look to have great potential. Been concerned no team has stepped up to follow C/B who surely will retire at the end of this season. Z/K have a style of their own and what look to me like lovely skating skills.

Jason wasn`t someone who just practised hard. For whatever reason he can sence what looks good and prosesses uncanny flexibility for a man. Others can improve their artistry but Jason has been doing what others cannot for 10 years. A kind of prodigy.

Don`t know what to make of the men. They both could use clean program practice. Amatuer at this but no Tomoki because he`s had all the comps that could help get him 3rd man?

I don`t get people thinking of Jacob for Olys. No quad & just out of juniors. Don`t know his plans but if still skating get healthy and take the time to develop proper 4 technique. Something reliable.

Well, Tomoki kept the conversation going about the 3rd man. Is he competing again before nationals?

NA events happen here in the middle of the night. I woke at 4:30 and had a look at Isabeau. I thought "No, no Ellie and Danny; it`s always a buzz killer" Imagine my surprise this morning.........:lol:
