We can hope Dave isn’t making claims for the sake of creating gossip but instead doing some “reporting” of his own. I will hope he reported the details of this information along to USOC and USFSA. To not do so would seem to undermine the importance of such accusations from his end. YMMV...

I completely agree with almost all of your post but I think it’s a dangerous precedent to set that if an accused commits suicide that the details, extent, and nature of their accusations go unreported. In a way this creates an incentive for those accused to take this tragic route if it hides...
