Yup. In total agreement again. I usually avoid galas but decided to end Easter Sunday with this one and I'm glad I did. Lots of entertaining programs. The whole WTT event was a really fun way to relax and enjoy the end of this nail biter of a season. :)
I agree. They actually put a lot of difficult pairs elements in that routine and the mega-watt smile on Riku's face during that lift was awesome to see. They were having a ton of fun and so was I watching them.
Okay, I'm off to find the video of the Pairs FS. The season is finally OVER and now it's time for me think about prepping an Easter dinner for the family tomorrow.
Good-bye, everyone. Have a great spring/summer. :)
I love listening to Chris. His enthusiasm and positivity (not to mention his unwavering support of every single skater) has added immensely to my enjoyment of watching this entire season of skating.
Jason is the perfect choice for USA Team Captain. Such an extroverted personality and a decent effort put in at learning to speak some Japanese as well.
Fantastic finish to WTT. If you want things done right, get a woman (or a team of them) to do it! LOL
I really enjoyed watching this competition. FUN way to end the season after all the tension and nail-biting of the GP season and Worlds. Next year is going to be a BLAST!
Kaori demonstrating cat-like landing skills throughout that entire peformance. It's such a GREAT program for her. She's always such a joy to watch. :cheer2:
Way to go, Maddie!! Axels aside, that was a really good performance. And, there is the smile I wanted to see. Also, the colours of both of Maddie's costmes this season have looked lovely on her.
