Add on the amount of skating he had to do in just a few days time - Skate America sp and lp, Skate America gala, and then the invitational. I'm sure the poor kid was pooped. :)
My partner trained with him in Lake Placid one summer, (probably early 1960's) and he was so excited when he ran into him one summer at the Philadelphia summer competition. Mr. Luddington even remembered my partner.
I agree, and there's a reason Tchaikovsky and other classical composer's music has lasted for generations, while these pop numbers vanish overnight. My music preference is (and always will be) music of the Masters.
I'm puzzled by this as well. The thread is titled TSL. It's fine if you don't like the show and it's players, but I don't understand the need to constantly bash it. It seems like an easy fix ... just don't come on the thread. Reminds me of all of the people who like to go on the twitter threads...
I agree, and just based on their social media outlets (which I know are "always" accurate) they don't seem to have moved on in any new career paths. The past two years have seemed more like an extended vacation where they are just enjoying life.
I'm surprised there hasn't been much (if any) discussion of Green/Parsons. Maybe it's just me, but I'm really starting to see some real connections/improvements between the two of them, and I think getting in front of the international judges is great for them. I think the costume changes this...
