P/C had an iffy twizzle that should have seen a GOE deduction at the least. The lift position was not solid, and the step sequences were tentative. There should have been a costume deduction. It was not a great skate. Any other team would have received much lower marks.

V/M are in a world of their own. There is no reason whatsoever why P/C have higher PCS. With V/M, the depth and precision of their edges, the flow and speed out of elements, the incredible transitions, the closeness and weaving in and out of each other in hold, the balance of work between them...
