I sat behind Peter at Nationals in Nashville. He was so friendly to everyone and you can tell he still absolutely loves figure skating.

I also did a home test and a pcr test and both were negative. Hopefully everyone will continue to stay well!

I have been sitting behind Peter Carruthers all week. No one seems to recognize him. Today Jill Watson and John Zimmerman came and sat with him for the men’s and pairs.

I am happy to report that the arena is much better staffed today.

There is still only 1 food place open and the lines are totally ridiculous.

My plan was to get food delivered to my hotel, nobody is delivering (not surprising). The only thing open inside the arena is Hunt Brothers pizza. The lines are long and slow. I am hoping more places will open up but not too sure about that. I have been told the arena is very understaffed today.

I am staying at the Cambria. It is very close, easy walking distance and was reasonably priced compared to most other options.

I got my tickets today, along with my parking passes!

I’m excited about Nashville, it’s not to far of a drive for me so I will start saving my pennies.

Does anyone know when they will release a more detailed schedule? I am wanting to plan my hotel stay but would like to know which events will be on which days. I thought I heard that Nationals will be a little different format this year.
