Haven't ben here for awhile. Seen quite a few movies so far this year. I guess my favourites have been send help and hamnet. Seeing 3 thus long weekend. Looking forward to Nirvanna the show the band the movie the most.

I don't think the critics are wrong. From what I hear only the FNAF game superfans like the movie. Just because it sells a lot of tickets doesn't mean it's a good movie unfortunately.

Sorry I edited my post, I was in a bad mood when I wrote it. Didn't mean to be so aggressive. Do you like Shakespeare, history and romance? If so you might like Hamnet which is opening soon. It has a lot of oscar buzz around it too

I disagree that it doesn't fit current Hollywood as there have been Holocaust movies that have won oscars in the recent past (a few years ago). The problem with this awards season is that there are so many good "oscar bait" movies that year that there will be tons of good movies that won't get...
I went to Wicked 2 and Rental Family this week and seeing Sisu road to revenge tomorrow. I am not a huge wicked fan so I thought 2 was just ok and I absolutely loved Rental family. It made me cry a few times. Brendan Fraser is amazing in it.
