Thanks!
Not that public transportation works that great in Germany  , but I guess that's better in most places, like most of the times the metros and similar run at least until 1am.
At the madonna concert it was displayed in the arena that the metros run until 1:30am.
Here many arenas...
I apologized about the thread title re-use :shuffle:, but i wasn't sure where else to put my review and a new thread seemed a bit too much. I guess only PeterG or a mod could change the title.
I think her performance in the show is pretty awesome, considering she's 65 and has a knee-injury and...
I wasn't sure when the tour started whether her knee was injured or whether the elastic bandage and tapes are a precaution, but since she seems to move better the longer the tour lasts, that of course speaks for an acute injury that's slowly getting better. It certainly makes me hopeful for the...
Maybe a weird thread to push up, but I saw Madonna live in Cologne yesterday (my 3rd Madonna concert after 2001 and 2006) and can now die happily  ;)
After the German train service tried to ruin my experience by going on strike (I think they're on strike more often than French...
The documentation was really good.
Whenever I'm in a bad mood, I could watch this scene just for Kati's laugh

Isn't Amber Glenn from Texas? I'd guess she'd prefer skating in front of a home crowd, with lots of fans waving pride flags for her instead of them sitting at home for reasons of boycotting because of their principles
Even if politics in Texas are not pleasant (I'm also a woman and...
Seems they are just using the same commentary/stream as on the ISU stream anyway (probably to save money for now), since I think Chris Howarth is also the commentator on the original ISU stream?
Yeah, but hard to understand why Eurosport would show the stream in Germany and France, but not UK...
Eurosport is offering the streams in Germany with English commentary, so that's really weird if you can't see it in the UK
In Germany Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 are offered via the streaming service DiscoveryPlus ever since last year, I don't suppose that exists in the UK?
Maybe that...
My friend and I really enjoyed Isabeaus skating live at Nebelhorn, but we also thought she was a bit slow there (generally throughout the programs, not just before the jumps). Kimmy Repond's skating definitely was faster and smoother and looked bigger (of course maybe helped by her actually...
I'm quite excited to see hopefully all 3 senior pairs at Nebelhorn (usually someone withdraws ). Personally I wouldn't be suprised if Hase/Volodin have more potential even rather stort-term than Hocke/Kunkel. Their jumps and elements look strong and IMO Hocke/Kunkel seem to be stagnating a...
I see a separate forum for the JGP. I've been a bit surprised nobody has started a thread for the first JGP in it. So you can't see it?
I opened a thread inside:
