Same here. And my credit card was charged immediately. So I have over $7000 sitting on my card and I’m not even sure what we have. It is a bit unsettling. But I’m trying to be very patient.
I encountered the same problem. Every section I tried. So I went on the desktop computer and everything went through fine. But who knows what I’ll really get.
I just checked my credit card statement and it's on there so I know everything went through okay. And I did it before my previous subscription ran out, so I'm not sure what the problem might be.
I made my purchase day before yesterday for the 1 year full access renewal but I can't access any of the premium areas. I have received an email that my payment was accepted and it says in my profile that I'm good until 10/21/2015 at 3:21pm so I'm not sure what the problem is. Please advise...
